SNAPSHOTS: What we want:
- Flash prose of 250 words or fewer (we’ll count!)
- Poetry of 10 lines or fewer
- Visual art
We enjoy receiving works from a variety of genres and styles, but it may prove useful to browse our previous issues to get a sense of what we publish. But as long as it says more with less, we’re into it.
Some other stipulations:
- We publish only previously unpublished works, however works previously published on personal websites/blogs are accepted.
- We do accept simultaneous and multiple submissions. Please notify us immediately if your work is accepted elsewhere.
- If your work is accepted, please wait until it is published on the site before submitting again.
- You may submit up to five pieces per submission form. Please include all written pieces in a single document. If you do send us multiple pieces, please be aware that we will only accept one at a time.
We offer a flat $10 payment per accepted work, be it poetry or prose or visual art. We understand this is a token payment, but we believe in compensating our contributors for their work and we hope to raise our rates in the future. All payments are fulfilled via Paypal.
Our contributors retain all rights to their works.
